EyeVantage Mobile Application
EyeVantage ("we", "our", or "us") operates the EyeVantage mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our App.
EyeVantage is a professional healthcare application designed exclusively for registered medical practitioners (doctors) in Australia. It is used to manage authentication and prescription approvals on behalf of healthcare providers.

We do not collect patient data, payment information, or location data.
The App stores session credentials and prescription data locally on your device using IndexedDB / localStorage. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted unless you actively use App features. You can clear this data at any time by logging out or uninstalling the App.
If you choose to enable Face ID or fingerprint login, your biometric data is processed entirely by your device's operating system (iOS Face ID / Android Biometrics). EyeVantage does not have access to, store, or transmit any biometric data. We only store a reference to your prescriber number to identify which account to log in to after a successful biometric match.
We use SMS Broadcast, an Australian SMS provider, to send one-time verification codes to your registered mobile number. Your mobile number is shared with this provider solely for the purpose of message delivery. SMS Broadcast's privacy policy is available at smsbroadcast.com.au.
